Crudités with Melrose dip

recipeServes 2

8 cherry or rosa tomatoes
¼ cucumber, sliced into strips
1 large carrot, sliced into batons
Baby corn, sliced sweet peppers, sugar snap peas or other kid-friendly veggies

Melrose dip
45 ml (3 tablespoons) Melrose cheese spread
5 ml (1 teaspoon) mayonnaise
30 ml (2 tablespoons) milk

 
Arrange the veggies on a plate or pack into a lunch box. Whisk all the ingredients for the dip together and serve with the veggies.
